The core of the role will involve the oversight of clients and the management and maintenance of property assets that sit within the portfolio. Here you will be the main point of contact for such clients who may need repair works, improvements or other requirementsthat may pertain to aspects such as payments, renewals and more contractual elements of the relationship.
