**Overview**:
**Duties**:
**Supporting qualified and unqualified staff as appropriate with their administrative needs. supporting the Placement Portal function by: ensuring awareness of Foster Parent vacancies, issuing regular vacancy lists to partners, responding to referrals with positive and negative responses and queries of clarification.**
- **Maintaining Social Media Presence using Facebook and other social media platforms as prescribed; as well as the agency website.**

**Financial responsibilities include;**
- **Maintaining, Developing Excel Spreadsheets as prescribed Invoicing and general financial duties in including CHARMS pay a data base system, Payroll.**

**Requirements**:
**Enhanced DBS (previously known as CRB) disclosure assessed as no relevant disclosures. Good interpersonal skills. Good communication skills. Good organisational skills. Good problem-solving skills. An ability to work as part of a team and independently as required. An ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have experience of handling confidential information with tact and discretion. Experience of using a range of IT systems including MS Office and Data based systems. An ability to work at least one Saturday per month - usually the last Saturday of each month - with occasional additional days for which T.O.I.L. (Time off in lieu) can be claimed.** **Educated to CGSE/GCE or equivalent standard including English and Maths Previous finance background (i.e. Social Care, NHS, Local Authority.**
**- Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent phone etiquette**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively**:

- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records**:

- Knowledge of standard office procedures and clerical duties**:

- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting**

Pay: £22,100.00-£28,000.00 per year
