Claims Agent

**Role**:Claims Agent (Part time)

**Contract**:12-month fixed-term contract, 20 hrs per week

**Location**:Bedworth, with flexible working options available

Continuing the successful use of Robotic Process Automation (R.P.A) to D&G, we have experienced some exciting changes within the Operational Support Department, driven by CX1.

As part of this recent change, D&G are looking to recruit a Claims Agent on a 12 month contract, based in our Bedworth office.

The Claims Agent will be responsible for managing the Claim journey, ensuring Claims are processed with SLA

**The Claims Agent is responsible for**:

- Assess Claims that fall outside of the automated process
- Feedback any issues to the RPA team
- Support network with Account Reconciliation
- Support system updates
- Ensure Claims payments are processed in line with terms and conditions
- Ensure a close working and supportive relationship amongst teams

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous experience within either Consumer Electronics, Domestic Appliance or Central Heating sectors
- Possess good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
