Compassionate: Show genuine empathy and compassion toward our clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
Clean DBS Record: A spotless Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record is a must to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
UK Health System Knowledge: A good understanding of the UK Health System is essential to provide informed care and assistance.
English Literacy: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are vital to maintain clear and effective communication with our clients and the team.
Smart and Professional Appearance: Our carers represent our commitment to excellence, so presenting a professional and tidy appearance is essential.
