Are you passionate about marketing and fundraising? If so we are looking for a marketing expert to help us plan, deliver and optimise the marketing to our most loyal supporters.

This Senior Marketing Officer position at Brooke is a pivotal new role in a team that is responsible for our largest single source of voluntary income and helps fund over half of our international animal welfare work.

Within this role you will help deliver an exciting portfolio of integrated, multi-channel and supporter-centric campaigns that involves all elements of the marketing mix - both digital and offline. We are looking for an individual who has a ‘digital-first’ mind-set that will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring marketing campaigns - including acquiring new supporters, converting existing Brooke supporters, & stewarding known supporters - with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of supporters who include a gift to Brooke in their Will.

This is a varied role which requires a solid foundation in integrated marketing & fundraising planning and delivery.

We are an ambitious international animal welfare charity and in order to thrive, you will need to be independent, well organised, hands-on, unflappable, creative, analytical, data-driven, focused on results, demonstrate attention to detail and be able to prioritise your work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with fundraising & marketing experience who also has a flair for building relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders; and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider Fundraising Directorate.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. And you will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively to meet targets and deadlines. You will have a proactive approach and be willing to travel or work unsocial hours on occasion.
