**Job Description**:

- ** Job Title**: Project Administrator - Global Food Assurance
- ** Job Type**:Permanent
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hour per week
- ** Job Location**:Frimley
- ** Benefits / perks**:
As a Project Administrator you’ll be responsible for carrying administration processes and support for the global food programs.

Other responsibilities include:

- Administer appropriate activities covering the set up and management of the global programs
- Provide administration support to other key stakeholders
- Provide timely and efficient administrative support in all aspects of assigned tasks/projects.
- Maintain program performance databases including training and approval records.
- Maintain program site locations as well as affiliate and client user access detail on CATS according to the program specifications, client-specific requirements and line manager instructions.
- Maintain an effective central communication channel with key program stakeholders using appropriate TEAMS Groups.
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of fees to the SGS network.
- Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures to fulfil customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position you'll have experience working in an administrative environment and have experience using MS Excel with proven working experience using complex spreadsheets
