Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administration and organisation support to the Theravada team.
  • Scheduling internal and client meetings.
  • Customer related tasks such as reporting, assisting in the creation of presentations, proposals and contracts and taking meeting minutes.
  • Project related tasks such as scheduling engineers, ordering equipment and generating project documentation.
  • Involvement in the stock management process. Generating customer quotations and supplier purchase orders.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media presence (posts, case studies, campaigns).
  • Assisting the Office Manager in finance related tasks.

Experience Required

  • Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a range of time dependent responsibilities.
  • Experience in finance administration tasks would be advantageous.
  • Interest in social media and able to utilise tools for strategic purposes.

Person Specification

  • Confident and professional manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Positive attitude with a 'can do' approach.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced and pressured environment.
  • Reliable, good work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Supplementary language skills a plus (Spanish and/or German).

The successful candidate should have relevant work related experience and have attained a good all-round standard of education. The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, between 09:00-17:30, based in our Camberley office. However it is expected that the successful candidate will be able to accommodate changes to their working hours, on an occasional basis, as needed.
