Our client is looking for a keen indvidual with experience of working within conveyancing/legal field. The company boast modern offices with onsite parking.

The Conveyancing Admin Assistant supports the Residential Property team, the role is based in our modern office in Camberley. The department deals with a large number of transactions each year so this is a very busy team within a progressive law firm.
Tasks may include:

- Providing quotes to prospective clients and dealing with initial enquiries for the department
- Database entry and upkeep
- Scanning documentation
- Dealing with registration of property at the Land Registry and answering any requisitions that may be raised
- Dealing with lender’s requirements after completion and dealing with deeds after completion
- Dealing with department administrative tasks
- File closing - requiring excellent attention to detail
Person / Experience Required
- Experience of working in a legal environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they can work on their own initiative, have a strong attitude and are a strong team player
- An ability to consistently maintain high standards will be essential as will excellent IT skills.
- Applicants must possess at least 5 x GCSE’s Grade A* to C (9-4) including Maths and English.
