Job Title : Receptionist
Location : Lisburn & Remote
Duration : 2 Months
Rate : £11.50p/h
Hours : 22.5hpw
**WORK PATTERN**
Training - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday - at HQ
Upon completion of training, Monday & Thursday at HQ, Friday work from home (IT equipment provided)
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm with 30mins lunch break (unpaid)
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Answering external & internal calls through the switchboard.
- Dealing with any walk-in enquires at reception desk.
- Opening, stamping and sorting of incoming post.
- Franking and sorting of outgoing post - including mail sort postage, registered and recorded delivery items.
- Logging, receipting, and invoicing all payments received including cheque, online and phone payments.
Criteria:
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification and 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
**Or**
3 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel or equivalent.
