We have an exciting opportunity to join **#TeamEMR** as a Train Presentation Team Leader at London St Pancras.

**Purpose of the role**:
Ensuring trains are cleaned to the required standards in an efficient and timely manner so that standards are met. The daily allocation of cleaning tasks as well as the monitoring of staff attendance and performance to feedback to management where required. This position is located at St Pancras Station.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The roster covers 7 days a week. The Train Presentation Team Leader will:

- Lead the Train Presentation team at St Pancras Station
- Ensure all materials for the Train Presentation activities are ordered
- Carry out audits on trains and ensure standards are maintained
- Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment used by the team
- Cover for positions within the team when required
- Daily admin tasks

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Be motivated and passionate with the ability to get the best out of team.
- Have the passion for delivering high standards and a great service for our customers. Ideally someone who has a strong background in leading a team combined with cleaning and servicing in a customer focused environment.
- Have the ability to manage the team while in London
