Oxford College wish to appoint an Accommodation and Conference Coordinator Part-time (21 hours per week)

The Conference and Accommodation team provide accommodation and seminar, conference or teaching rooms to students, guests and visitors, both internal and external, and ensure a professional customer-focused approach at all times. Under the direction of the Conference and Accommodation Office Manager, the team manage bookings and events to maximise sales, occupancy, rate and profit whilst prioritising the College’s academic activities and student life. The Accommodation and Conference Coordinator is the first point of contact for all accommodation-related enquiries; ensuring all enquiries and bookings are managed efficiently and professionally.

The Accommodation and Conference Coordinator will carry out a range of duties, which include the allocation of student and Senior Members’ accommodation, and deal with enquiries and bookings of College guest rooms. They will be responsible for the administration and reporting of the workroom inventory. They will support the Conference Coordinator with internal bookings as well as preparing accurate and timely invoicing and contributing to the production of weekly detailed reports.

St Antony’s College is a lively community of students, Fellows and staff, providing a sense of belonging, mutual support, shared knowledge, and a feeling of identity and place. The College is the normal place of work for College staff. The Development Coordinatorwill be a visible part of our College community, and will work from the College’s administrative offices on Woodstock Road, Oxford. The College is just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, and is close to the University Parks, Port Meadow, Jericho and Summertown.

**Salary**: £28,759.00-£33,966.00 per year
