Saïd Business School is recruiting for a Programme Coordinator - MSc & Diplomas reporting to the Senior Programme Manager.

Saïd Business School’s world-class Master’s in Science (MSc) and Diploma Programmes are part of an executive degrees portfolio that generates annual revenue of £26 million in tuition fees and is expected to grow to £30m+.

This is a highly responsible role within the MSc & Diplomas Programme Team’s unit of professional staff. The key areas of responsibility are to provide administrative, technical, and programmatic support to deliver the MSc & Diploma Programmes. The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Managers and Senior Programme Manager (SPM) to ensure efficient operational delivery of the programme and a positive student experience.

The Programme Coordinator will interface with multiple externals and teams within the School to achieve these aims.

**Some of the responsibilities**:

- Plan and provide administrative and logístical support to Programme Managers for MSc & Diploma events and modules including room bookings, technical arrangements, accommodation, invitations, registration, greeting attendees, etc. Work collaboratively and effectively with external vendors, speakers, and with the School’s Conference, Audio Visual, Catering, Estates and Reception Teams to ensure efficient/effective delivery.
- Perform the duties of an In Class Assistant (ICA) or Virtual Class Assistant (VCA) during MSc & Diploma modules-assisting Faculty with online and hybrid delivery of classes on Zoom or other virtual platforms. Edit and post video recordings of classes to the School’s learning management platform.
- Support on building standard Canvas pages and updating/proofreading content as necessary.
- Lead on all office coordination needs and administrative support linked to programme implementation and MSc & Diploma Programmes Team activities.
- Populate and update the internal booking system.
- Purchase supplies/services for MSc & Diploma activities (including negotiating expenditure costs with suppliers) and manage financial processes in Oracle. Assist Programme Managers and SPM with financial management.
