**About the Role**

This role is reporting directly to IT business change manager

The IT Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring key internal IT delivery admin activities are completed on time and that the wider IT team complete their admin responsibilities correctly, e.g. timesheets etc., actively interacting with all parts of the Forseven business representing IT as an ambassador and assisting IT management in their duties.

You will be responsible for managing the IT procurement process, in line with accepted procedures. You will assist the IT programme manager in scheduling meetings and taking notes when required. You will formulate and circulate agendas, prepare and set up multi-media, take notes at meetings and monitor important actions to ensure deadlines are met. Meetings may be held off site, so you may occasionally need to travel and stay away from home.

You will be required to travel to our regional offices when required.

You will often be required to book travel and accommodation. You will also liaise and build close working relationships with both the team and external partners, so effective communications are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with HR to ensure Starters, movers, Leavers process is appropriately managed.
- Ensure the IT team complete all appropriate checks and returns within agreed timeframes
- Be the first contact for raising IT Purchase requests and for checking correct delivery of goods.
- Be responsible for keeping the IT equipment and instructions in HQ meeting rooms
- Coordinate business travel and accommodation for the IT Team
- Assist in the management of meetings and appointments for the IT Director and IT Leadership team
- Participate in project meetings and ensure appropriate records are maintained.

**What You'll Need**
- Previous office management/ coordination desirable
- An interest or willingness to learn about IT Services
- Excellent attention to detail and written/communication skills
