It’s an exciting time to be joining us, as we continue to grow, you have the opportunity to work in our newly created Value Creation team. As our **Head of Value Creation **reporting into our Commercial Director, you will lead the value creation activity with both existing strategic customers and new. We’re looking for you to utilise your holistic solution design experience, to look across our customer’s supply chain and have excellence in identifying where we can add value. You will lead and facilitate supply chain workshops and prospective customers, to focus on continuous opportunities to drive cost from and improve service within the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clear understanding of 4PL /LLP deployment and Control Tower concepts.
- Supporting the Account Management and Commercial Directors teams in the pursuit of new business and supporting current operations with re-engineering and continuous improvement projects.
- Managing on a matrix basis the business solution design resource allocation against multiple business sectors.
- Directing Solution Design team members focus is maximised, both within the team and wider business.
- Adapting solution design capabilities to match the changing requirements in logistics requirement, TCT, Automation & robotics.
- Support Account & Commercial Development teams in identification and development of new solution sets.
- Lead supply chain mapping workshops with potential clients.
- Deliver quality collateral, customer proposals and presentations to support Bid management proposals.
- Ensure that all solution proposals are “fit for purpose” and deliver on new business in line with YOY targets.
- Key accountability for the development of tools that deliver design, costing and implementation for supply chain elements (strategic networks, facilities, process design etc).
- Lead, develop and engage your team.

**National role which requires flexibility for travel.
**What will you bring to our team?**
- A good degree of computer literacy, with knowledge of CAD, Class, Cast, Paragon, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Bi and Supply Chain Guru.
- Strong experience in facilitating supply chain mapping exercises with customers.
- Passionate to deliver and add value, through excellence communication skills and communicating ideas to bring stakeholders together.
- Demonstrated experience in analytical and logical thinking, including data manipulation skills to focus on where we can add value.
- Knowledge in assessing existing operations (own / customer) and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas with conviction and value.
- People leadership experience and skills, including objective setting, resource allocation and performance review.
- Leadership experience in solution design, demonstrating previous successful implemented solutions within logistics/operations, showcasing your commercial awareness and understanding of key costs/drivers within the supply chain.
