**Join our Team.**Crichton House provides various services to homeless and vulnerably housed people including emergency accommodation, tenancy support, assessment and support. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who is committed to supporting and enabling service users to achieve independent living within their own tenancy. You will work within the established Floating Support programme, conducting needs assessments and providing advice, information and support to empower service users to achieve positive life outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role of Floating Support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients. As a motivated and dynamic Floating Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
- NVQ 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a related field or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and conducting risk assessments and holistic person-centred support plans.
- Knowledge of the benefits system and an understanding of supported housing funding streams and reporting requirements.
