Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust are currently seeking experienced Therapy / Clinical Support workers to provide a high quality, responsive service for patients in inpatient and community settings within the Buckinghamshire areas which include;
- Stoke Mandeville Hospital, HP21 8AL
- High Wycombe Hospital, HP11 2TT
- Amersham Hospital, HP7 0JD
- Community based support workers, across all of Buckinghamshire.

Working in Buckinghamshire, you will be part of a 6,000 person team of highly trained clinical staff, working with a Trust whose goal is to Collaborate with each other, aspire to be the best, respect everyone, and enable people to take responsibility. The care for a population of 500,000 patients across their 3 hospital sites, local bases and the community. Their stroke service is one of the best in the region, and are a centre for burns and plastics, along with a world famous National Spinal Injuries Centre.

**Main duties of the job**

The post holder will be responsible for working with patients individually and alongside qualified Therapy staff.

To enable patients to maintain or improve their daily function for everyday tasks, through exercises, transfers and mobility practice. Undertaking manual handling techniques involving patients and/or equipment

Experience of working as a health care assistant, therapy assistant is desirable. Having good communication skills is essential.

- Community settings (patients homes)

Enhanced DBS

Proven experience in a Healthcare or Therapy setting

For community settings only, Valid driving licence and car to be able to travel to various locations)
