We are looking for a UKI Public Sector Sales Channel Business Developer with a track record of success across the UKI in developing strong sales team engagement & pipeline growth between the partners' sales teams and ours. This role is specifically focussed on accelerating our growth with primary Public Sector clients in the UKI and may extend to BENELUX and Nordics. This is an individual contributor role. Your primary focus will be to build a pipeline with and for our Public Sector sales team with support from the entirety of our channel teams and ecosystem.
The ideal individual will be a highly networked/relationship builder with strong G/SI/Service Provider networks. You will be part of our North Channel (UKI, BENELUX, Nordics) team that is re-defining the UCaaS market. This is a unique opportunity for a HUNTER who has the drive, passion, motivation, energy, capability and experience to evangelize our value proposition with Senior Leaders/Teams/Pursuit Leads across our existing and to be onboarded partner ecosystem and bridge our sales teams with theirs with the primary KPI’s being Deal Registrations for joint sales engagement with the largest existing and new logo accounts.
You will use your experience and knowledge of how these partners work to educate and enable our sales teams to engage on large scale UCAAS & CCaaS opportunities. Ability to operate within a highly matrixed operating model between multiple partner teams and ZOOM sales teams will be key. As will the ability to manage and guide multiple stakeholders to lead with ZOOM on their largest opportunities at all levels within the partners.
You will own the GTM strategy for UKI Public Sector Channel engagement at ZOOM and will be empowered to influence direction whilst working in partnership with the EMEA North GM, his Public Sector leadership team and the EMEA Channel leadership team. This is a hunter / builder / influencer / coach role and represents a phenomenal opportunity to create something very special in the market for a top right quadrant leader in the UCAAS space. **Responsibilities**:
- This position will be the first role in EMEA focussing exclusively on developing the Public Sector Channel
- You will have the opportunity to write, build and execute the strategy in collaboration with our EMEA Channel and Direct Public Sector Sales leadership.
- You will have a strong background in establishing, accessing and creating positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision-makers within Public Sector teams at G/SI/Service Provider/Influencer Practice Leaders, Bid Teams, Industry Sales and Account Leadership.
- Working in collaboration with all ZOOM business groups you will orchestrate awareness of the ZOOM platform and how this can open up new revenue streams with their clients.
- Generating joint pipelines with G/SIs/Service Providers/Influencers through bridging teams together between ZOOM:Partner
- Educating, enabling and evangelizing with their sales teams through sales cycles to ensure trust is established, synergies identified and business won together
- Collaborate and drive the connective tissue between the partners and our Public Sector sales teams with differentiation plays and approaches
- Support our teams in how best to engage/work with the sales teams within the partner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Field Sales Team, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing) to help the partner sell and drive ZOOM platform adoption for their largest engagements
- Responsible for staying well-informed about the ZOOM product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios for how these are applied to address business and technical problems within Public Sector
- Public Sector framework knowledge and key tenants ZOOM will need to be part of and best strategies on who to be with to maximize UCAAS & CCAAS penetration
- You will be a serial networker and influencer in bringing individuals and teams together - holding depth in knowledge of how the largest partners operate and the best way to drive collaboration between teams.

**Requirements**:
- +10 years working in the Public Sector space with different partner types i.e G/SI’s/Service Providers/Influencers within the UK
- +10 years of sales/business development experience collaborating with Public Sector partners
- Demonstrable track record of creating and winning large scale opportunities within either Public Health, Education, Local or Central Government
- Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence key decision makers within strategic partnerships
- Strong presentation and written skills coupled with the ability to articulate concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Experience working within the UCAAS/CCAAS cloud category
