My client provide temperature-controlled solutions to the global pharmaceutical and life science industries.

This is an exciting, role as a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team in Theale, UK in which you will work closely with the Customer Service and Finance teams.

**This role will offer you**

- Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

**You will be responsible for**
- Working closely with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure all invoices received match PO’s
- Creating PO’s and updating orders where required
- Answering and diverting telephone calls
- Checking all hubs complete the Incoming Goods Inspection (IGI) process correctly, form complete, photos attached for non-conformances
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
- Covering for Customer Service teams when on Annual Leave/Sick Leave

**You will bring the following**
- GCSE/equivalent
- Strong communication skills for customer service calls over the phone
- IT literacy in Outlook, Excel Word and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 ideally), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reading, RG7 4PN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP/SAP/CRM systems: 1 year (required)
