Call Handler

We are looking for an experienced call handler to join our fantastic Business Support Team at iamproperty. In this role you will receive incoming calls from customers linked to Medway Law, our legal team dealing with all calls in an effective and professional manner, whilst being a real ambassador for the business.
**Key responsibilities -**
- Take incoming calls from various channels across the Group in a professional manner and liaise back to the relevant person/department accurately.
- You will manage your time effectively to enable you to provide an excellent service
- You will be enthusiastic in delivering our key objectives at every opportunity
- Have a keen eye for detail and report any issues that are brought to your attention regarding money laundering, or anything that could potentially lead to a customer compliant.
- You will be a team player and be happy to assist with the wider team when required.
**Key requirements -**
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Attention to detail
