**About the role**
Working closely with a supportive Reward team, you will play a vital role in conducting market analysis, cost modelling, and providing recommendations to guide business decisions. You will also be responsible for supporting salary range analysis and design, as well as the implementation of our global reward offerings.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market analysis and cost modelling to support with informing business decisions.
- Support with the analysis, design and creation of salary ranges.
- Assist in the implementation of global reward offerings.
- Manage benefit content, communication, and engagement, including annual renewal cycles.
- Align job levelling with the WTW framework.
**About you**
We are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate a background working within a reward environment, in particular with knowledge of benefit processes. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is comfortable with embracing change and can think globally and implements locally.
You will also;
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, working effectively within and outside of the business.
- Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
