**Reward Specialist**

**Salary: £27,900 - £36,300**

**Location: Cambridge, UK**

**Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Hybrid**

**About the role**

Supporting global reward initiatives, you will carry out critical tasks across each stage of the project lifecycle from conducting market or salary range analysis, cost modelling, salary range analysis & design in order to make recommendations to guide business decisions and handle the implementation of our global reward offerings.

Your role will also encompass managing benefit content, communication, and engagement, including annual renewal cycles and you will align job levelling with the renowned Willis Towers Watson (WTW) framework.

**About you**

You will bring genuine passion for the Reward field, showcasing your enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest trends, and being motivated to research and share your ideas and findings.

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) levelling knowledge and experience of analysing reward data is beneficial.
