Job Title: Account Administrator

Location: Chelmsford, 100% remote working

**Salary**: £20,571

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to join a company that specialises in Occupational Health. You will be working remotely but will also be required to attend Universities to offer support in the Chelmsfordarea

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Supporting the Account Management department in all aspects of Administration duties as part of the Occupational Health service provided to clients.
- Co-ordination and management of appointments for the audiologists.
- To oversee the receipt, triage and appointment arrangements for university management referrals.
- To check outcome reports for presentation e.g., grammar/layout and seek appropriate clinical/director level input as appropriate.
- Proactively engage with the Senior Account Manager or other IDC Ltd representatives to ensure value for money and to seek approval for engaging suppliers outside of the normal process.
- Deal with concerns/complaints promptly liaising with the necessary IDC representatives.
- Ensure that all relevant information is uploaded on to the system in a timely and accurate manner, including the Management Referral form, medical evidence, notes and outcome reports.
- Attend the mass vaccination sessions to provide support to clinical staff including recording the attendance of students, informing schools of any students that do not attend. There will be the requirement to stay away from home with notice.
