**Multi Award Winning Charity is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition officer / Recruitment Officer**

**Location**:Home working / On-the Road across North West

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on skills and experience

The job holder will oversee the entire recruitment process managing both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts, building preferred supplier lists, shortlisting, interviewing, managing the offer and completing associated administrative tasks.

**The Opportunity**

As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll join our internal HR team helping to deliver a first class recruitment service. Working in collaboration with our existing Recruitment & Compliance Administrator, you will cover the North West in the first instance using your expertise to develop strong recruitment plans and innovation to find new ways of attracting the right people to work for Lagan’s Foundation to support the Charity growth strategy.
- **Key accountabilities**_ of our Recruitment officer will also include:

- **Headhunting** talent across multiple platforms, this will include social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline
- **Taking briefs** from departmental managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight to challenge where necessary, create a recruitment plan working across multiple social media platforms
- Working with stakeholders to **understand talent requirements and focus**, ensuring workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum
- **Running and manage** large scale **campaigns** this will include Talent Pool Sifting, Talent Pool Administration and Researching
- **Advising and coaching** managers on recruitment and selection methods

- Proven recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Ability to build and establish effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative busy team environment
- Confident & skilled communicator (verbal & written)
- Customer service orientated
- Good attention to detail
- Planning and organisational skills
- **This role will also involve travel within the North West therefore your own car is essential for the role, along with business use insurance.**_
