As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll join us initially on a 3-month fixed term contract so it's important you're available within 1 week. You’ll have a key part to play in the success of our organisation. You'll be based at our Bolton site but also spend time at our Warrington office. This is a full 360 Talent Partner role, so you’ll be responsible for taking full ownership for your business areas. This includes:
- Job analysis (including selection of appropriate competencies and behaviours)- Advertising and sourcing- Interviewing- Reviewing psychometric assessments and providing feedback-
- Creating compelling advertising campaigns and being an employer brand champion- Taking the lead on exciting projects as we continue to grow and evolve

You’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition Business partner, with demonstrable experience of recruiting volume roles, ideally contact centre. We’re transforming as an organisation, so it’s important that you’re a talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders so it’s important you are a great communicator and have an organised, efficient approach. It’s imperative that you have experience of working with ability and behavioural psychometric assessments as we utilise these across our company.
