Ensure all tasks are completed to the required customer specification

Responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders to ensure they are achieving their performance targets

Previous supervisory experience is desired along with the ability to train, lead and develop your team leaders

Must have excellent communication skills

A persuasive and confident personality with the ability to adapt to everchanging situations

Working on a permanent Sunday to Wednesday shift pattern

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16.40 per hour
