Band 4 Compassionate Mind Trainer

To facilitate alongside a professional trainer, CMT training for all staff in BSMHFT on a face to face basis within the Trust. To work alongside the CMT consultant to set up and deliver bespoke trainings for particular staff groups and make changes to the training package as needed.
To offer monthly compassionate mind training reflective groups to staff who have signed up for these sessions and to engage with supervision for this work on a monthly basis.
To work alongside the CMT consultant to develop and adapt the CMT program to maximise access and relevance.
To assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of the Compassionate Mind Training program. The post holder will assist and raise awareness of the CMT for All training throughout the Trust.
Additionally the post holder in will offer monthly reflective Groups to small groups of staff to support and embed the CMT work.
This role will be working autonomously alongside other professionals in a small team providing Compassion Mind Training workshops and groups to staff within BSMHFT. This is a new initiative designed to providing ongoing meaningful support to staff across the organisation.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
