**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking team in our ever-expanding Home and Garden Centre, just north of Oxford.

You will work in a small accounts team in our busy finance department and provide support to the Finance Manager.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Processing/posting Supplier invoices for approval and coding/posting transactions.
- Processing/posting Supplier payment runs.
- Processing/posting Customer Invoices.
- Supplier/Customer statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit cards, staff expenses accounts and cash counting and processing.
- Credit control.

**We are looking for**:

- A strong communicator who is confident to liaise across departments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Maintain a good and thorough understanding of all financial documents processes.
- Experience on the SAGE system (desired)
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A basic knowledge of Management Accounts.
