We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable individual to assist with our Installations sector. You will be responsible for installation activities for processing installation projects from start to completion. From ordering the lifts, delivery to arranging installation with the installation teams. The Installation administrator will also be responsible for completing office admin including handover paperwork.

Main duty for the job role
- Co-ordinating & Scheduling of installs meeting, planned timelines and budgets and ordering materials and labour requirements.
- Ordering, receiving & managing department stock & parts.
- Site surveys as and when required. ( after a training period)
- Generating risk assessments and method statements
- Cost management and control of jobs.
- Sending approved drawings and designs to suppliers.
- Managing engineer’s tools, spare parts and identifying training needs.

What we are looking
- Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous managerial experience advantageous.
- Previous experience of leading others is an advantage.
- Full driving license.
- Good leadership qualities**.**

What we are offering
- Working hours 9.00am - 17.00pm.
- Pension Scheme.
- Office based role working from the Eastleigh office.
- 23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
