My client based in Rugby is currently looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months ongoing at the rate of £16.95 umbrella an hour.

Job Role

The main responsibilities of the post are to provide all housing management functions of the organisation as far as they affect tenants to achieve the organisations housing objectives and the priorities of the company.

1. To contribute as a member of a multi-functional team of housing staff to provide a seamless, qualitative and customer focused service.

2. To contribute as a member of the wider team in creating a positive working environment.

3. To ensure that customer care is maintained to the agreed standards according to the Council's purpose, aims and values.

4. Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive Housing Services in accordance with the Council's policies and procedures.

5, Deliver the housing service in accordance with the Housing Strategy.

6. Work on own initiative under the general direction of the Housing Services Team Leader.
