**Position Summary**

The Senior Sales will have a wider responsibility to expand Coforge SBU’ SF/Mulesoft/Big Data presence in the UK & other European markets and be the single point of contact for all the clients in the UK & other European markets. The applicant must have grownthrough the ranks with professional services as the main focus and should have performed proven and versatile roles.

**Salary and Benefits**: A competitive base salary (dependent on experience), uncapped commission structure with 100% bonus OTE, private healthcare, life assurance, pension, education allowance, flexible working, childcare voucher scheme, cycleto work scheme, loyalty awards, gym subsidy, table tennis competitions and a weekly badminton club.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Sales**
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Build process and funnel for top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Delivery, CoE, and Marketing to meet sales target.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers, both externally and internally.
- Own and drive pre-sales activities viz proposals, SOW’s and RFP’s

**Team Management**
- Proficiency in team management.
- Take appropriate account-related decisions.
- Analyze various types of risks and mitigation for the project’s success.

**Partner Management**
- Build a deep partnership with technology partners.
- Identify new trends and partnerships in the industry.

**Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience**
- 8+ years of sales experience with prior experience of selling professional services in UK and EMEA.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and CXO level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
- Good understanding of estimation, various pricing models and commercial aspects.
