We are looking for a passionate and proactive Fundraising Officer to join our newly expanded Supporter Care Team at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.

As the first point of contact for our supporters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience with us is second to none. Located in a dedicated office alongside our hospice reception, the Fundraising Officer supports the wider Income Generation Team by dealing with enquiries from visitors and callers relating to the various ways that they can support the Charity.

The role will suit someone who is friendly and outgoing, with a confident phone manner and ability to remain sensitive to the needs of our supporters. This is a full-time, largely office-based role, but with some opportunity to work from home after the completion of an initial three-month induction period which will take place in the office.

**The starting salary for this role is £22,816 and future opportunities for pay progression to £24,336**
