**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Profit and Asset Protection Coordinator to join the Reporting and Insight team within the Group Profit Protection department. Reporting to the Data Analyst and playing a key role in the smooth running of the department, whilst delivering high standards of service.

This individual will be organised and methodical individual who has strong attention to detail and is meticulous with data processing and analysis. Ideally you will have strong Microsoft office skills and be able to deliver reporting at all levels. Your communication skills should be strong with a good understanding of Microsoft package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and retrieval of data using various systems to produce Ad-Hoc reporting and carry out analysis of data
- To uploaded data to databases from excel sheets
- Extract data from databases to input into excel sheets
- To complete any ad-hoc tasks within your current levels of responsibility as directed by the department Manager and senior team.
- To complete Adjustments from audits and incidents raised and liaise with stores if further information is required.
- To prepare and ensure that all data information is inputted prior to a stores audit.
- Reports for audits - cartons forced, abandoned picks, audit prep reports.
- To liaise with the APPMs or third-party counting company to ensure correct downloading of information and the uploading of any stock holding file is correct.
- To assist with store audit scheduling.
- To ensure any delivery discrepancies are recorded accurately and stocks amended from warehouse or store
- To follow up late returns of faulty goods to Head Office to ensure store compliance to procedures.
- To maintain counting performance sheeting’s
- To assign Stock Count investigations to the APPMs/Profit Protection Managers for further investigation
- To produce insurance documentation when required following Company loss.
- To carry out any ad-hoc requests and/or complete any other tasks as may be requested from time to time by the Profit Protection Management in line with current levels of responsibility.
- To maintain the RT Ticket system and assist with any ad-hoc queries in there.
- To operate total confidentiality with all information gained in respect of the company, its business or personal.
- To ensure all confidential and other paperwork is properly secure and filed away as necessary.
- To monitor store cash collections and raise issues with the cash collections company if needed.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience & be at an advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience of Shogun is desired but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of macros is desired but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle is desired but not essential as training will be given.
