**Summary**:
A great opportunity has become available for a flexible, self-motivated individual, to support The UK compounding Customer service teams with a variety of administrative tasks and some project work Reporting directly to the UK Compounding Customer Service Manager. This new role will be responsible for the day to day processing of Compounded Non stocked Finished.

Product batches in JDE management for claiming of fulfillment of orders, Manual Invoicing once shipped, pricing validation and queries, generating & maintaining data reports as and when requested by the business. In addition, this role will also provide administrative support to the Central compounding SLT and employee engagement activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the daily activity of claiming Non stock FKLD orders in JDE reporting requirements (including KPI's and product recalls) within the Customer & Operations team (e.g. generate and maintain reports).
- Responsible for the timely invoicing in Merlin & Non-stock compounded Finished product in JDE for all Month end, Quarter end & year end. Batches must be invoiced at point of delivery setting up the correct and up-to-date pricing for customers/patients as per existing and new contractual requirements, and conduct pricing validations & investigate invoice queries on a monthly basis.
- Populate JDE with accurate data for made to order FKLD codes, monitoring for accuracy & responding to queries received via eService’s Portal.
- Ensure all invoices and additional charges are created and processed within the working month.
- Respond to queries and requests for reports from the commercial team and Customers.
- Participate in admin and project work as requested by Compounding SLT (25% of time).
- The Successful applicant must be flexible in order to work evenings/ weekend/ UK Bank Holidays when Month end occurs on any of these days/times.

**Education and Experience**:

- Proven time management skills and the ability to deliver to set timelines is key to this role.
- Proven experience of managing large amounts of data.
- Preferably proven experience in commercial acumen.
- Strong data reporting & analytical skills.
- Experience of using JDE and extracting Database reports would be advantageous.
- Good problem-solving & data interrogation skills.
- Strong attention to detail /accuracy.
- Process driven with a proactive and reactive nature.
- A willing and positive manner towards meeting tight deadlines.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PIVOT tables, Power point.
