**Key Role Responsibilities**

**Supporting students through written and verbal communication**
- Supervise the servicing of incoming queries and communications from students and ensuring these are responded to in writing to the highest standards.
- Supervise the servicing of incoming calls from students and the outgoing calls from the calls-booking service and ensuring these are conducted to the highest standards.

**Supporting student representatives**
- Recruit student representatives and help to establish them in their roles.
- Coordinate student representatives meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain data on the recruitment and performance of student representatives.

**Coordination the administration of students in the learning platform**
- Manage student Moodle, our learning platform, accounts.
- Coordinate a student services presence in the Study Skills modules.
- Monitor student forums and actioning issues.
- Manage information banners.

**Co-ordination the release of marks to students**
- Collaborate with departmental and interdepartmental colleagues in the marks release processes and procedures.

**Management graduation ceremonies**
- Oversee communication with students regarding upcoming graduation events and coordinate Learna's presence at these occasions.
- Maintain records of costs related to graduation ceremonies.
- Maintain and compile data on student attendance at these events.

**Supervision the complaints handling process**
- Enter into communications with complainants in a timely manner to mitigate follow-on complaints.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders as appropriate in the investigation and reporting of complaints.
- Maintain records of complaints and their outcomes in the pursuit of augmenting the student experience.

**Supervision the other members of the Student Services team**
- Assign tasks to team members and oversee their progress and completion.
- Provide support to team members by leading team meetings and offering guidance through one-on-one sessions.
- Participate actively in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Represent the team and its initiatives by presenting reports and analyses in departmental and company meetings.
- Coordinate with Student Registry, Student Records, and Teaching Services teams to ensure timely release of marks and feedback to students.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance department to review feedback from students and stakeholders, and implement necessary actions.

**Additional Information**

**Job Type**: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis of up to 12 months.

**Salary**:Up to £26,950 per annum.

**Education requirements**: Bachelor's degree would be beneficial.

**Experience requirements**:Education, academic, or similarly professional supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
