Customer Services and Administration
Nurtured in Norfolk, based on the outskirts of Dereham, are growers, importers and manufacturers of Herbs, Micro Cress, Vegetables, Pea Shoots, Edible Leaves and Flowers.
We are specialists in assisting chefs, bakers and anyone interested in food get the very best out of their creations.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, offering day one for day one deliveries to our entire network nationwide. This can-do attitude is what has let us grow from our humble beginnings from one greenhouse in our back garden to the market disruptors we have become today supplying wholesalers and Michelin starred restaurants nationwide and beyond. We are always seeking new ideas and innovation to drive creativity in the food industry forward.
Currently we are seeking a full time Sales, Client Relations and Account Development officer to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- All aspects of phone handling - incoming and outgoing calls/customer and public queries
- Processing customer orders/making additions and reductions to daily orders
- Processing website orders and taking payments
- Using MS Office and Outlook to communicate effectively
- Organising all customer deliveries and collections of goods
- Documenting product shortages
- Looking into customer credits/refunds
- Communicating amongst several staff members to create understanding of stock levels/pre-empting next day’s stock levels
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- GCSEs or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service/office administrator role
- Excellent customer service and time-keeping skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Computer literate with experience using the Microsoft Office packages
Desirable Experience:
- Experience using PayPal or similar tools
- Previous use of Sage 50 Accounts package would be a great advantage
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30 - 15:00 / 7:30 - 16:00 (Alternate Weeks)
