Justice & Co Estate Agents are looking to recruit an **experienced** commercial negotiator for our award winning and fast-growing business, based in Worthing, West Sussex. Justice & Co is a family run commercial estate agency which covers the whole of Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, family orientated and fun environment. We are looking for someone with a **commercial background** or a **strong residential property background**. The purpose of this role is to handle commercial sales and lettings, however at times, you may be required to assist with residential lettings and property management.

You must be familiar with working in a fast-paced office and confident handling frequent property enquiries in a calm manner, possessing exceptional communication skills. It will be obvious from your references that you are a team player and that you contribute to the success of the business as a whole. You will have proven ability to manage your own workload and use your initiative. Knowledge of Office 365 is essential.

As a Commercial Negotiator you will be accountable to the two company directors and will be responsible for:

- Welcoming visitors to the office, organising meetings & managing keys
- Dealing with Commercial transactions from booking viewings to completions
- Carrying out references and credit checks on clients & applicants, as required
- Carrying out valuations of commercial and mixed-use properties
- Managing lease assignments, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Carrying out viewings
