Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client, a major utilities company based in the South East. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be part of a close-knit team that focuses on the property work and will be responsible for negotiation and delivery of all legal agreements required for the utilities company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and delivery of all legal agreements required for the utilities company such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements
  • Providing legal advice relating to commercial property across the business
  • Working closely with the conveyancing team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
