Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within an established and fast paced business which is highly regarded within the Commercial Finance sector.

We are looking for raw talent to mould into future top performing sales people and leaders, with the ability to progress rapidly within the company.

The role would be perfect for someone with 1-2 years sales experience (with a telesales background) who is looking to progress their career.

You will need to build, develop and maintain relationships with clients by offering a consultative finance solution to meet their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales/Business Generation Activities
- Identify new business opportunities / leads primarily through telephone-based business development
- Develop business relationships with clients
- Maintain and develop the client database
- Develop a good understanding of the market sector
- Collate information from clients, to then package a finance facility for the lender(s)

Administration & General
- Use in-house CRM systems to maintain client database
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic tying skills
- Marketing to professional standards and in
- line with our quality management

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum/OTE open-ended
