**Job description - summary**

Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) is one of our service offerings; we act as an extension of our clients’ recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.
**Responsibilities of the role**: As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Processing Purchase Requisitions including regular, One Time Vendor and Amazon activities
- Comparing purchase requisition against buying rules to make sure they are compliant and getting it approved
- Dealing with range of problems, queries and escalations
- Updating process catalogues
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes and documentation to allow for more efficient and effective work practice
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in adhering to established processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong capacity for rapid learning and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
- Procurement background (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba (desirable)
