We are looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join an established retailer with successful eCommerce sites as well as stores across the UK. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with strong content management experience who wants to grow their career within eCommerce and online trading.

**What you’ll be doing?**

In this role you will be responsible for all digital content and creative assets on the D2C website, contributing your own creative ideas for copy and imagery to support product launches and promotions across the websites, driving online sales and optimizing the user experience.

You’ll manage, prioritise and schedule product content on a regular basis and work with internal stakeholders when it comes to new projects. The types of content that you will be working with will be anything from product images to campaigns and promotions.

You optimise the website through category management and support with the set-up and launch of any new products during regular updates as well as reviewing and proofing any content before publishing.

There will be an opportunity to work across marketplaces as well as websites when it comes to range and product launch management.

**What you’ll need to apply?**
- At least a year’s experience working in an eCommerce role
- Solid technical understanding of CMS systems - preferably Salesforce
- A good understanding of using Google Analytics and other similar tools
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and excellent written English
- Creative mind with an eye for detail
- An additional spoken language would be beneficial - Ideally French, German or Italian
