**SUMMARY**

The **Content Executive **leads Content Publishing in maintaining, updating, and optimising content across PADI owned

web domains under the supervision of the Senior eCommerce Manager.

This role is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and publishing content across PADI sites. Working within internal

brand publishing guidelines and the latest in SEO best practices, this person is accountable for maintaining publishing

deadlines and creating high-quality finished products, together with coordination of translations when required.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following:

- Work closely with Senior Manager of eCommerce and Global Publishing Team to create, publish and update

digital content across PADI web properties with a primary focus on PADI Dive GuidesTM
- Manage content publishing requests and workflow through dedicated inbox and Wrike
- Maintaining publishing deadlines and ensuring high-quality finished products
- Assist in maintaining, organising, and optimising digital assets
- Work with regional teams across the World to ensure accurate content as needed
- Utilise test environment to thoroughly QA work and validate work for accuracy once in production
- Ensure all published content meets guidelines for content publishing and search optimisation

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in marketing, communications, English or creative writing OR at least 3

years’ equivalent work experience
- Experience working with Drupal CMS, or related system
- Experience executing projects and maintaining deadlines
- Experience of working with a team to drive measurable results
- Experience of working with Wrike, TeamUp, JIRA or similar project management tools
- Experience of reporting Globally as part of a multicultural, international team

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Strong writing capabilities with SEO focus
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas
- Technology fluency and ability to quickly learn and master new platforms
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, top management and

the public
- Ability to understand and interpret brand publishing guidelines and SEO best practices
- Ability to speak and write in fluent English

**CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS**

Experience of scuba diving and/or PADI Open Water Certification preferred but not required.
