We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for retail and sourcing the best products at the best price for the customer. Based within the EMEA Buying Office, one of many buying offices across the group which manage vendors based on category, the role will involve supporting the sourcing team to manage vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time.

What's the job?:

- General vendor queries & communication
- Facilitating vendor activities to deliver on project deadlines
- Support discovery of new vendors and assist in their creation within the Kingfisher systems
- Product data maintenance, creation and issue resolution
- Commercial analysis, including but not limited to range analysis, pricing analysis and negotiation support
- Internal stakeholder relationship management

What you'll bring:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Keen attention to detail & accuracy
- Stakeholder management skills
- Prior retail experience would be beneficial
