About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for Luxion Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the procurement mindset, overseeing policies and procedures, and working with stakeholders to understand and deliver all sourcing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of procurement specialists in sourcing goods and services for the Luxion Group
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive competitive pricing and improve supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on contract negotiations
  • Drive the procurement cycle, including strategic sourcing, contract management, requisition, purchasing, analyzing, and managing suppliers
  • Utilize procurement and other systems (Medius, D365, Power BI) to drive purchase order and purchase requisition uptake
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager with a proven track record of leading procurement teams and driving strategic sourcing initiatives. You will have a strong understanding of procurement software and associated applications, as well as excellent stakeholder skills and a collaborative approach.

You will also have a commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills, with the ability to drive best value outcomes for the business. Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment are essential.
