Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid working, with at least one day per week

Salary: Competitive + 15% Bonus

Hours: 37.5

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for Luxion Group, developing the procurement mindset, overseeing policies and procedures, and working with stakeholders to understand and deliver all sourcing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the procurement cycle including strategic sourcing, contract management, requisition, purchasing, analysing and managing suppliers;
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements and provide guidance and direction on contract negotiations;
  • Drive competitive pricing through negotiation with suppliers;
  • Draft, evaluate and execute contractual agreements;
  • Utilise procurement and other systems (Medius, D365, Power BI) and drive purchase order and purchase requisition uptake;

Requirements:

  • Understanding of what good looks like in the workings of a procurement department;
  • Knowledge of procurement software (Medius) and associated applications such as D365 and Power BI;
  • Stakeholder skills and collaborative approach;
  • Commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills;
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial organisation;
  • CIPS qualification preferred;
