Procurement Specialist

Tradecore International is a successful and growing company based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. We specialise in global procurement, international trading and supply chain management. Our diverse portfolio of international customers creates an exciting working environment where each day brings new challenges. Our customers request for us to supply a wide range of equipment which we source and supply from our large global network of suppliers. We are always in constant communication with our customers who are predominately based in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America and involved in many different sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, Engineering.

Due to our continued success and expansion plans for this year, we are looking to recruit 2 x Procurement Specialists to join our International Procurement Team.

**The Role: -**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Key Clients
- Responsible for increasing sales and revenue for the business
- Offering competitive quotes to clients for the equipment they have requested
- Converting your quotes into sales orders though proactive selling
- Reacting to client enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Sourcing and buying of a wide range of products and equipment from local and international suppliers to fulfil our clients requests
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relationships
- Maintaining SLA’s with customer and company policy
- Providing swift and viable supply solutions to customers
- Consistently achieving personal sales targets and KPI’s

**Skills Required: -**
- Proven ability to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident and clear communication skills (English is essential)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and be able work well within a team or individually
- Ability to work under pressure and think your feet
- Strong business acumen - understanding what makes profit and loss on a deal
- Working experience using Microsoft Office ie Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
