We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nutrition Product Specialist to promote and educate about the cholesterol lowering effects of our range of Benecol products to healthcare professionals in primary care and secondary care settings across the UK. As a representative of our company, you will play a critical role in building relationships, increasing HCP recommendation rate, and increasing brand awareness within the healthcare industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and educate about the benefits of our Benecol products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, dietitians ,and pharmacists, in primary care and secondary care settings and any other relevant HCP setting.

2. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, professional bodies and general practices.

3. Conduct product presentations, detailing the benefits and features of Benecol products, and address any queries or concerns from healthcare professionals.

4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market penetration within the assigned territory.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and educational programs targeted towards healthcare professionals.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging healthcare needs to effectively position Benecol products and differentiate them from competitors.

7. Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

8. Planning, logistics and execution of conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with healthcare professionals and promote the Benecol brand.

9. Provide training and educational support to healthcare professionals on the usage, benefits, and proper administration of Benecol products.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

2. Highly strategic, analytical and results-driven

3. Familiarity with primary care and secondary care healthcare systems in the UK.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.

5. Ability to effectively present and articulate product information to a diverse audience.

6. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and achieve targets.

7. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Proficiency in creating and building strong business plan and identifying KOLs.

9. Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritising.

10. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.

11. A full driver's license

12. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
