**Salary: GBP **24000 + **GBP**1400 performance based bonus / Euro 28,473+ Euro 1,662 performance based bonus.

The role currently requires participants to work from home predominantly, but to be available when required in our central London office (Kings Cross) and for international travel.

**Conference Organiser**: The role will be focused on working with the Conference Manager to recruit study travel agents to our 14 international conferences and handle all subsequent queries.

**Job Description/Responsibilities for the Conference Organiser**:

- Recruiting agents for B2B study travel conferences;
- Handle all subsequent queries;
- Maintaining client database (updating, verifying and researching);
- Coordinating during conferences i.e. being the point of contact for delegates and troubleshooting and solving issues as they arise.

**Job Requirements for the Conference Organiser**:

- You will be an excellent communicator and a target-driven team player;
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent client liaison skills - including communicating with non-native speakers of English;
- Prefer fluency in either Portuguese, or Spanish, or both. Other languages may also be an advantage, for example, Japanese or Korean
- Good at prioritising tasks.
- Good IT skills, especially Excel spreadsheet.
