This established organisation has **_experienced a surge in growth_** and is therefore seeking an Indirect Sourcing Director to join its best-in-class procurement team. You will take **_lead on the delivery and overall execution of various high-profile projects across the indirect procurement space, _**where key areas of spend sit within IT procurement and FM procurement. You will effectively **_drive innovative procurement strategy and creative procurement transformation. _**

- Indirect Procurement Director responsibilities _
- **_Lead delivery of effective procurement projects across the end-to-end procurement function, _**predominantly in relation to IT procurement and FM procurement as well as generalist indirect procurement categories
- **_Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure align with digital transformation journey _**and overall strategy
- **_Effectively leave a team of 5 procurement professionals at differing levels, _**through providing day-to-day development and mentorship
- **_Undertake a variety of day-to-day procurement activities;_** from category management strategy creation and savings delivery to tender management and negotiation
- Indirect Procurement Director requirements_
- Demonstratable procurement success across a range of indirect procurement categories, ideally with strong exposure to IT procurement and FM procurement
- Strong skills surrounding leadership, strategic procurement category management and negotiation
- Past public procurement exposure would be beneficial
