Senior Marketing Executive - B2B Engagement

The role

Fabulous opportunity to help deliver our B2B customer engagement strategy by developing content, marketing communications, experiences and events that bring to life our ambition to be the most trusted partner for health and wellbeing.

You’ll support the delivery of the B2B customer engagement plan in line with our marketing strategy by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver content for the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Academy to support Corporate Clients and Intermediaries, including writing communications and working with external agencies and in house design teams to create branded assets.
- Develop and deliver a suite of line manager assets to support our B2B customers with their workplace wellbeing strategies, including the creation of our bitesize video series in partnership with Bupa’s clinical experts.
- Be the guardian of all Academy assets and own the annual update and refresh of all content to ensure communications are relevant, accurate and led by clinical insights.
- Develop and deliver tools for our account managers to support their client conversations on key workplace wellbeing topics, including conversation guides and briefing materials.
- Project manage content schedules for Health Insights and the SME Academy to ensure all communications, speaker briefings, asset creation and promotion are delivered on time and to budget
- Support the B2B Engagement Marketing manager to create and deliver a suite of communications to engage our B2B customers with our strategic partnerships, including the British Paralympics Association.
- Manage our engagement award submissions, including developing entries and managing promotion.
- Respond to client requests to support their event and engagement programmes, organising assets and merchandise for a range of client events.
- Lead the development of how we measure and report our engagement activity across B2B and present quarterly to the Marketing Director.
- Present in sales team meetings, provide appropriate updates and assess demands for the engagement programme and act on any feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Capture key market and industry trends and identify new and innovative ways to boost our engagement programme.
- Represent Bupa externally in meetings with external agencies, Corporate Clients and Intermediaries.
- Work with cross functional teams to inform the development of all strategic client experiences and an intermediary training academy both virtual and onsite

You
- Some great experience working within a B2B marketing team
- Evidence of creating content across multiple channels, including writing communications for an external audience
- Ability to tell a succinct and compelling story through a variety of formats
- Acute attention to detail with brilliant planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to build strong internal and external relationships
- Previous experience of working with external marketing agencies
- Able to work within a project team both in terms of idea generation and delivery
