Are you looking to take the next step in your marketing career? Due to recent growth we are looking to take on an experienced marketeer to support our Group of UK businesses.

**Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm**

**Salary**:£25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. Opportunity to participate in business incentives and bonus schemes.

**Location**: Office based in Exchange Quay, Salford Quays. Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after passing probation.

The office is less than a 5 minute walk from Exchange Quay tram spot offering excellent transport links.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule regular, engaging content on all social media platforms.
- Designing and ordering business merchandise and marketing material.
- Working closely with the management team to understand campaign strategy and plan events/ networking/ strategic partnerships.
- Raise customer and employment brand - working closely with recruitment team.
- Run campaign MI to track performance work with the business to help develop in life customer experience. To harness high customer retention rates.
- Work with third party lead generators to provide detailed feedback and improve the quality of leads.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and make data driven recommendations for improvement to present to management.
- Creating compelling and informative content for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media and newsletters.
- Liaise with senior management to create PR content.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirement**:

- Experience in management of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Ability to create brand-matching graphics, articles and videos, sometimes at short notice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or work related experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Graphic design experience - desirable
- Confident creating content using Canva and Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
